MerManor in Soda Pop District

Indulge in a magical mermaid adventure at this enchanting historic home nestled in the heart of Wilmington's vibrant Soda Pop District and near Historic Downtown. You'll be just a fin's flip away from the beach, where you can transform into a mermaid during the day. Then, as the sun sets, stroll back (on what do they call them? Oh, feet!) to experience the culinary delights of downtown. MerManor boasts four exquisitely themed bedrooms, so glide into a cozy underwater haven and unwind in style.

Level 2 EV charger use is complementary.

The house includes 4 mermaid bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, complete with washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Enjoy your day relaxing under the covered front porch. The large couch provides plenty of seating for you and your guests.

Driveway is in the rear and can hold 6 vehicles.

Given its name as a result of a giant old Coca-Cola bottling plant right in the middle of this district, the Soda Pop District has lots of cute gathering spaces, comfortable residential living, and long-term planning the district is on the rise and ready to “pop!”

There are 6 parking spots behind the house. We will provide instructions on parking closer to your stay. You can walk to any of the Soda Pop bars and shops within 2-4 minutes and a walk to downtown is 10-15 min.

The house can sleep 10 people comfortably. The living room is most comfortable with 6-7. The dining room table seats 6 but there is ample space for larger groups. The kitchen has seating for 4 and plenty of space for cooking or just hanging out with your guests.
