King, Near concerts, downtown, Wrightsville, & UNCW, Private Suite, Pets welcome

Whether you’re on vacation or business, we'd like to extend a warm southern welcome. We have a large, separate but attached private studio with private code entrance, private bathroom with a small shower, king bed, bunk bed (single & double beds), and fold down couch. This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood 10 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.

Included are a mini-fridge, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and television with Paramount, Max, and Netflix. We have a play kitchen for children and games for everyone.

This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only. There's a patio just outside for smoking. Your rooms are private from the house.
