A family friendly home with a great outdoor space and private pool. Located in the center of Wilmington, just a short distance from the beaches or historic downtown. Fur babies welcome, Lyla the cat lives here full time, and we ask to please open a provided fresh can of food for her daily.
As we are pet friendly, but PLEASE DO NOT allow dogs in the pool. The hair gets in the pump, and without the knowledge of how to clean it, it will ruin the pump and leave you without a pool.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Halyburton Park. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a private pool and a kitchen in the holiday home.

Backyard oasis

We enjoyed our stay so much that we want to come back next year. We were on our honeymoon and there is so much to do in Wilmington that we didn’t even have time to go to the actual beach. This rental was amazing and the host was very accommodating.
