Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a full bath, bedroom 2 has a king bed and bedroom 3 has a twin-size day bed and a desk. There is a full-sized kitchen that is well equipped. Washer and dryer included.

BLACK MOLD - there is black mold all over the bathroom, this needs to be completely remedied before it is safe for anyone to stay here. Bit of a delay getting into the place due to the lock failing which I understand can happen. The kitchen smells a bit foul. There is clearly a humidity issue as there are dehumidifiers in the house, after the first night it was full and humidity was already up to 80%. For somebody staying there more than one night, if the tank isn't emptied frequently would definitely become a problem. Also the drier, of all things, had a puddle of water inside of it, which to me only confirms how bad the humidity is inside the house. Overall the location and area was just okay, the furnishings/finishings were nice but the black mold is unacceptable.

Cozy Home

Home was as advertised, and host Ericka was a pleasure to work with. Timely communication prior to my booking, up to the moment of our check in.We were allowed to bring our senior dogs and Ericka granted us an exception on one of our dogs weight. Our family was in town for a family reunion and the home was conveniently located to all our activities.I would recommend this home if in the Wilson, NC area and traveling with pets.

COMFORTABLE STAY PERFECT SPOT

You were absolutely right we were 5 minutes from the venue and we had perfect weather. My dog loved the yard and doggie neighbors. I left a bag of ice by accident and I apologize for that.
