Inside, the cottage features a spacious central living and dining area that’s perfect for gathering with family or friends. The kitchen is updated with all new appliances (note: no dishwasher), and every room is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

The new primary bedroom (14’ x 16’) includes a new king-size bed and mattress and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a private walk out deck. The second bedroom (13’ x 13’) features a brand-new queen bed (purchased in 2026) and opens directly onto the deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The third bedroom (10’ x 10’) offers a new double bed purchased in 2025.

A second full bath is smaller (6 x 6) and includes a 34-inch shower stall. All bedrooms come fully stocked with pillows and bedding. The living area also includes a new queen sleeper sofa (2025), Wi‑Fi, cable, and a smart TV.

Step outside and truly enjoy the property’s natural beauty. Sit on your choice of 4 outdoor living spaces. Eat under the covered patio in the back as you listen to the waves of the lake. Dine outdoors, relax in the front gazebo, gather around the fire pit, or simply sit back and take in breathtaking Lake Ontario sunsets. With 2.6 private acres, there’s plenty of space for outdoor activities, quiet reflection, or launching a kayak right from your own shoreline. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, around the cottage perimeter, or anywhere on the property. Please note there is not a washer or dryer on-site. There is a laundromat conveniently located in Newfane 3 miles away. Fish cleaning is not permitted in the cottage; however, a freezer is available in the garage for fresh catch, as fish may not be stored in the cottage refrigerator.
