Kaunis Thatch-mökissä on 10 makuuhuonetta ja 7 kylpyhuonetta, joista 5 on oma kylpyhuone. Se on suuri, runsas puutarha ja rajalla suojattu metsää. Keskikappale on upea, suljettu piha, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, suuri kaunis uima-allas ja 8 hengen poreallas! Hotellissa on 2 täysin varustettua keittiötä, aamiaishuone, latoalue, jossa on ruokailutila 22 hengelle. Puutarhassa on myös kaasugrilli. On 2 puulämmitteistä uunia ja talossa on kaksi oleskelutilaa, joissa on suuret TV: t SKY Q ja Xbox, jotka tarjoavat runsaasti sisätiloja viihdettä. Täysin varusteltu kodinhoitohuone, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, tekee lomastasi miellyttävän kokemuksen.

Meillä on upea puutarha chalet, jossa aurinkoterassi, joka toimii pelihuone. Chalet on ammatillinen 7 jalka liuskekivi-biljardipöytä, tikanheitto ja ulkona pöytätennistä. Tarjoamme myös ulkona pelejä, kuten jalkapalloa, kroketteja ja sulkapalloa toimintaa suuressa suljetussa puutarhassa.

Huomaa, että allas on avoinna toukokuusta-syyskuuhun. Allas lämmitetään aurinkopaneeleilla ja ilmalämpöpumpulla, joten uima-altaan lämpötila on sään mukaan riippuvainen. Poreallas on kuuma ja käytettävissä ympäri vuoden. Altaalla on turvakansi, joka estää ihmisiä laskemasta altaaseen. Se on helppo käyttää, koska kannessa on helppo automaattinen avaus- / sulkemismekanismi. Paitsi kannen pitää myös allas puhtaampana, mutta myös lämpötila lämpenee!

Oulun sisäpihalla on sohvia, tuoleja ja aurinkotuoleja. Puutarhassa on runsaasti ulkoilua ja ruokailualueita. Suuri, suljettu puutarha on ihanteellinen leikkipaikka lapsille ja lemmikkejä varten ja tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa ulkopeleille. Puutarhassa on kaunis kala-altaaseen, jossa on suuri kypsä Koi.

Huomioithan, että kesäkaudella on vähintään 7 yötä. Lyhyemmät oleskelut (vähintään 3 yötä) ovat mahdollisia syyskuun puolivälistä huhtikuun puoliväliin, lomakautta lukuun ottamatta.

Meillä on kunnossa täysin lisensoitu pub, joka palvelee paikallisia olutta ja muita alkoholijuomia yksityiseen käyttöön vieraille. Timo on henkilökohtainen lisenssi ja avaa ja henkilökunta pubin pyynnöstä. Kysy lisätietoja.

Being on Dorset Hampshire raja, sinulla on pääsy runsaasti pub-ja ravintola mahdollisuuksia. Hauskoja perheaktiviteetteja varten Moors Valley Country Park ja Avon Heath Country Park ovat alle 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Palkittuja Blue Flag -hiekkoja Bournemouth ja Poole ovat 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. New Forest viehättäviä pubeja ja loputtomia mahdollisuuksia kävelyyn, pyöräilyyn ja tutustumiseen on alle 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä! Seuraa New Forest Taste Trails polkupyörällä, jalka tai sorkka, näytteenotto paikallisia jäätelöitä, aurajuhlia, kerma teetä ja äyriäisiä matkan varrella. Paultonin teemapuisto Peppa Pig -maailman ja Lost Kingdom (Dinosaurukset ja ratsastaa) on myös vain 30 min päässä. Salisburyn viehättävä kaupunki ja sen keskiaikainen katedraali sekä Stonehenge'n ikoninen esihistoriallinen kiviympyrä ovat 20 mailin päässä, joten se sopii erinomaisesti päiväretkelle!

Highly Recommend this gorgeous property!

We recently stayed at this incredible property in Bournemouth as a family group of 14, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house is extremely spacious with fantastic communal areas that made it perfect for entertaining and spending quality time together.One of the standout features was the amazing pool area—luckily, we had sunny weather all weekend and were able to make full use of it. The pool table, darts board, and the outdoor bar (complete with a TV and sound system) added to the fun and made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy.The grounds were beautifully maintained and could be fully enclosed, which was ideal for our dogs to roam safely.Timo, the property owner, gave us a warm welcome with a helpful tour upon arrival. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We had the most enjoyable weekend in such a beautiful setting and are already looking forward to returning as a family. Highly recommended!

Husbands 60th Birthday

We had a weekend at this property to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. There were 10 adults and 4 dogs.We had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful, plenty of space for us all, a wonderful enclosed garden for the dogs, the weather was great so we were able to use the pool and hot tub. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were great at communicating with us, and Timo was extremely helpful and easy going.We didn't want to leave and would certainly hope to return again. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

We booked the property to celebrate my Mother in law's 80th birthday and it couldnt have been any better. The sizeable property had everything we needed along with plenty of space for our party of 21 to spread out. The hot tub was a real hit with everyone and the games room fired up the competitve spirit in some. We had fabulous weather for the weekend we were there at the beginning of March, but not warm enough to use the pool! We were able to get out and about in the local area and recommend the Moors Valley Country Park, especially if you have children as there is lots to do to wear them out. Catering wise, we had a very goodmeal at the Three Legged Cross pub, which is 1 mile from the property, so easily walkable. the 2nd night we cooked in the house which was easy thanks to the great stock of pots and pans and the multiple ovens. On the final night we had a takeaway delivered in, from one of the nearest towns. A final mention goes to Timo who was an excellent host, there to let us in and show us around. In contact throughout to check that all was satisfactory and whether we needed anything. All in all, I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a large property for a group holiday or special celebration. I hope to return one day and use the pool!

Family Christmas Getaway

Beautiful thatched cottage, large enough to accommodate 4 generations over the Christmas period. Great communication with the property manager, always very responsive and willing to call round and answer any questions. Easy access to the hot tub was especially appreciated. Location of the property is excellent to access activities without a long drive. We stayed 11 days and didn't run out of things to do and places to visit. Generally furnished to a high standard, but perhpas a couple of the beds could benefit from replacement mattresses. We visited in Winter and could see how special this property would be in the summertime. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Whilst we had a wonderful weekend with the family and the pool area was very much a highlight. We were very much disappointed by the lack of detail and finesse for the price of the property. We had booked the property to treat and host our family and at times this proved rather difficult and left us feeling incredibly let down. Despite the property accommodating several guests, there were a total of 2 teaspoons and not enough crockery/cutlery to cater the 13 guests we had staying. Whilst the kitchen area was well equipped, it is a rather small space which proved challenging when trying to cater for a large number of guests. This was exacerbated but the distance between the main kitchen and second kitchen area. The ice maker was not working and no dishwashers tablets or coffee pods provided. Similarly, whilst all guests reported their beds to be comfortable, some the of the basics such as adequate sized towels/bath sheets, quality toilet paper and toiletries such as shower gel were not provided. The lighting in the lounge/hall area was pretty poor which at times proved hazardous with the small steps in the hallway. Whilst the host had placed hazard tape on the step, this was incredibly worn and there were a few tumbles over the weekend. We were fortunate to be blessed with nice weather, however when dining outside some of our guests clothes were stained due to the rust on some of the garden furniture. Overall this property did not meet the description or our expectations.

Fabulous!

We booked Thatch Cottage for a family celebration to cater for a party of 16 and were not disappointed. Despite the weather, we had an amazing long weekend, with all ages making full use of the indoor and outdoor space and facilities (especially the games/pool room, bar and swimming pool/jacuzzi). Timo was so helpful throughout and on hand to meet us on arrival. Would have no hesitation recommending this wonderful house.

Lovely property. A few maintenance problems could have been addressed before arrival.e.g rickety hand rail to pool. Also felt a few niceties would have been welcome. E.g a welcome pack,shampoo and coditioner in the bathrooms,considering the overall cost of the property. DDog owners beware of Ticks

Nine adults and 6 young children all had a great time. Only one day warm enough for the pool but lots to do locally for kids and within an hours drive. House very well provisioned and wanting for nothing except very localised WiFi. Would go back.

No reception or wifi here .....

Lovely place but dreadful if you need to communicate while on vacation. We found some very dirty kitchen items and many broken this & that's. Kitchen lamp not working, bedside light buzzing all night, showers need descaling as do not work properly. Etc ..... could do with a proper check over and upgrade. Also, please don't say you have wifi in here on your advert .... it is intermittent at best so be honest and your customers may not feel cheated into choice as we do .....

We travelled to Thatch Cottage for a three night stay for my 50th birthday extravaganza. The communication with our hosts as excellent and the check-in process was simple. The property is amazing and the facilities were perfect for our needs. The local area is lovely with plenty of things to do for all ages and interests and the property is the perfect base if you just want to relax. Thank you to Susanna, Steven & Timo for making my birthday everything I wanted, and very much needed, after an extremely busy year. I hope you can come back some time and visit again.

Birthday weekend

20 of us, aged between 75 and 8, stayed for a long weekend. It was the perfect location to house all of us, with plenty of space and activities for all, despite the biblical rain. We all loved it and will definitely return again one day!

Amazing Property for a Family Break

The house and pool were stunning. We chose a beautiful weekend in September and were able to make full use of the amazing pool. The pool area was in full sunshine but there was plenty of umbrellas for shade if needed. There is a lovely mature garden at the back with plenty of both sunshine and shady areas. Having our own pub in the garden was just brilliant and we made good use of this area, even hosting our own pub quiz night! The layout of the house was very unique and the bedrooms were good sizes. Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent family venue

The four generations in the family had an enjoyable time around an amazing pool and courtyard . The dining area with its kitchen worked pretty well with the mezzanine tv room for children and young adults , so everyone was close by . The lounge had plenty of comfortable seating for the evenings which were otherwise spent in the “pub” and its area . The goal net has become a badminton net . . table tennis , pool and table football were all given much use . . The area has much to offer whatever the weather - children’s play park , garden centre , heavy horse centre and more.
