Fun times at the lake
The property looked and smelled new (newly paint). The house was decorated really nice. We loved the open house concept and it seemed like it was very well appointed. The kitchen had very nice appliances and was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The golf cart was an added bonus since the listing did not state it (picture had it so we were unsure if one was available until we asked the Manager). We loved the ice machine in the garage as well as the extra fridge/freezer to extra hold drinks, etc.. We loved the proximity to the marina and its amenities. We made a lot of fun memories that weekend and hope to do this again. We would recommend this house to others for sure. Management seemed very responsive to all of our requests.
The only improvements I would have liked to have seen is to have one more bathroom upstairs (i.e., instead of the odd sitting area). Yard to be fenced and the back porch to be screened in. The fireplaces' (inside and outside) pilot lights were not lit and we tried several different ways to do it but finally gave up. The outside bbq was out of propane so we could not use it. We did not have a fob for the swimming pool and ended up going through the back way (water was very cold).
