I did the booking and when I got there the were no apartment available for me because the owner who does not have an apartment there any more. Talking to the security his informed that that guy does that all the time and when people get there he negotiate and get them to another place making an impression that he his helping. His number on the recite is +264812079912. This guy should be take to justice

I am upset with the experience

I am really upset with this booking experience!!! In my arrival I was informed that there was no room available for me. I called the contact on the receipt (+264812079912), the person who answered said he'd find another place for me. The securities men in the building told me "this is not the first time this kind of situation happen (people arrive and the apartment is not available)". I had other commitments for that date, this caused me bid embarrassments!!! I would kindly request the refund of my payment. Regards, Orlando Kosi
