Cottage like home in a quiet cul-de-sac; walking distance to Foothill Park. The park has 3 ponds and several hiking trails. La Contenta is 7 minutes from the heart of Windsor; 15 minutes from Healdsburg. There are numerous wineries within a few miles.

Located in Windsor which is a delightful town in wine country. Very convenient to downtown and freeway access. 3 bedroom home was very comfortable with excellent beds, fully finished kitchen and fun putting course in the backyard

We enjoyed our one week stay at this well located property. House was clean and well equipped. Loved the proximity to Foothills Regional Park where we went hiking three times. We were in Sonoma County for our annual wine country trip and the location was close to the wineries we wanted to visit without the high prices of Healdsburg. Not the most charming house and the outdoor space is a bit less enjoyable due to traffic noise but overall a good property and a good value.

Another wonderful stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this lovely home. The location is perfect for all the different activities in the area. The house is spotless, and is very welcoming when you walk through the door. We have family and friends who live in the area, so we will be booking again when we come back to visit :)

Perfect!

Nice place; fair price

We enjoyed a ladies weekend in wine country. This house is just a block from a great nature preserve where we did morning walks. Otherwise the neighborhood is nothing special. House was well equipped and nice to have three bedrooms for the price. Furniture/decor inside and outside are a bit worn and dated, but clean and totally fair for the price. Would stay again given this is a great option for folks not able to pay the high resort/hotel prices in wine country.

Nice house with a couple exceptions

The property was very good and met all our needs with a couple of exceptions. The bathroom towels were not good, a little smelly and really need to be upgraded along with the toilet paper!

Nice stay in Windsor

There is road noise but nothing that is not tolerable. We’ve stayed here a few times and we’ve never been awakened by any traffic noise. House is cozy and very clean. Very quiet neighbors. We’ve always enjoyed it here. And. Regional Park is right around the corner.

Perfect for Us

Well-kept and well-appointed home in Sonoma County, just north of Santa Rosa; this was perfect for us as we have family in the area and also wanted to explore outdoors. Mary Ann was responsive and helpful in all our communications. We also appreciated the fully fenced backyard for dogs.

Just as described

As others have stated, very clean immaculate property. Perfect to chill out in, room to spread out, hang in the kitchen, outside, or nicely furnished living room. 3 separate bedrooms, one with master bath, also liked that both showers had hoses (vs. just a shower head.) Very private, didn't feel like any neighbors were watching/that sort of thing. Felt very comfortable here, would highly recommend.

Would Absolutely Recommend!!!

Location was 15-20 min from everywhere we wanted to go; home was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Check out the bakery near Safeway! Enjoy the backyard with the little putting green. So so happy with communication with host.

Second trip to cottage home in Windsor

It was so great to come back to the same house we stayed in two years ago. We have family in Windsor, and this house is ideally situated in town. We always sleep really well here (the king bed is huge and soft!) and are able to relax after hectic days of visiting. Thanks again!

An excellent place!

This house is so comfortable and well-located, it's just wonderful. There's a little putting green out back for extra fun. We had a 2 yr old with us and the space was very safe for him to run around without breaking anything. I will absolutely stay here again if Im in the area. My one complaint was that checkin ended up being an hour later bc the cleaning crew was late. But it was a holiday weekend and I know there were a lot of rentals turning over that day.

Wine trip

Great house to go wine tasting. Only a few minutes from Chalk Hill Winery, which is awesome. And Stormy was spot on with the dinner recommendation of Kin in Windsor. All around a great time!
