While all the staff was great, the hospitality and assistance Steve gave us was exceptional. We ran into some issues on our trip and Steve went out of his way to help us. I would definitely recommend this property. The hotel is going through some renovations but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was fantastic and the staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in was absolutely fabulous. The only thing I would say is it was disappointing that the hot tub was not open, and the restaurant is no longer open, just for theirs breakfast. Other than that, great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

The hotel is being renovated, which gave me a good price, and great value! I didn't hear any construction noise and I enjoyed the swimming pool - lovely warm water, nice steps to access it. Steve at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Location is great - easy access to EC Row and the 401. I would happily stay here again!
