Our Stay & Play Villas are designed for gatherings—whether you’re unwinding after a day on the greens, sharing stories over dinner, or enjoying a quiet evening on the porch. Each home offers spacious living areas, modern comforts, and the flexibility to add exclusive golf packages to your stay.

As a guest, you’ll have access to your villa plus community amenities, including the Arnold Palmer course, Pro-Shop, clubhouse bar and restaurant, resort-style pool, and walking along the waterfront.

The Capehart house is the largest of our vacation rental homes at Occano and features a master bedroom downstairs with a king bed with 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 twin XL beds in each PLUS an additional Master bedroom with a queen bed. The house can sleep up to 8 guests. This home has a huge screened-in porch for the entire group or family and a wood-burning firepit in the backyard. Just bring your own starter and firewood!
