My flight landed at 7am, I was exhausted but had no where to go. They had a room ready for me in an hour and let me check in early so I could get some sleep. The front desk staff is amazing.

I felt the hotel was punishing me for booking my room using third party, like at least they repeated this sentence three times “ ohh, sorry you booked your room using third party, we can’t help you” it was really ridiculous.
