As a family of four, we appreciated the layout - it gave us room to have breakfast together, and not always be in each other's space! We especially appreciated how well the bathroom exhaust fan worked - with two teenagers, showers could have made the space humid, but it was not an issue.

Hockey tournament weekend with family

Lots of room, and clean for the 4 of us. There was no playground or ice maker though. Great neighborhood.
