I was treated like the first person ever to stay at the Home2 Suites - such a friendly welcome plus comp water, fruit and cookies. The place was immaculate and the shop offered an array of goods to take to your room or enjoy in the lounge. The room itself was spacious, bight and spotlessly clean with all amenities you need for a stay. Plenty of coffee/tea plus washing up goods and ample bathroom towels. Bed was soooo comfy. Location wise, only a short drive from Winter Garden in one direction and Universal the other. I don't drive but plenty of Uber and approx £15 to Winter Garden from Home2 Suites (you could spend the day there with so much walking, sight seeing, shopping and dining!) I arrived directly from Orlando Int'l Airport and it took approx 25 mins (with heavy traffic) I would recommend the hotel to single travellers, like myself, families, and those with dogs (there were a few cute ones in the lobby!) There is an outside area and pool which is small but very cosy. Plenty of parking for those that drive and close to a 7/11 for petrol. Best bit was breakfast - comp with my booking - which was just lovely! You can make your own waffles as well as helping yourself to hot food, cereal, toast and yogurts. Very tasty and fresh. Also, unlimited tea/coffee available in reception as well as the machine in the room. GO! You will not be disappointed!!! :)

The front desk clerks were very nice. The room was a disability room, we did not request this kind of room, it was large and with a lot of details we welcomed. The breakfasts included a lot of choices we enjoyed. The only item that was not present to add to the excellent coffee was "a non dairy creamer". There're oatmilk, almond milk, coconut milk, and many others in the markets. We went to Publix and got some. Thanks for asking.

Location, room was good. Clean, lots of handy facilities such as a mini kitchen. Staff were brilliant! Friendly and super. Check in easy, given water as part of the welcome. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Breakfast was delicious. Ladies worked hard keeping it replenished. Gym good. Highly recommend this place and especially the people who work here. They are doing an amazing job.
