Newly remodeled Lakefront Vacation Home on the Chain of Lakes right next to Winter Haven Municipal Airport across from Brown's Seaplane base. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the lake.

The house offers wonderful lake views from almost every room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2nd bathroom in the garage), large living room with sleeper sofa in the corner and small desk, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, screened lanai/porch with outside furniture, large backyard, internet, and AC/heating. Every room is furnished with a smart TV.

We have over 20 lakes connected by channels, therefor a perfect vacation destination for water sports people and nature lovers. Our central location offers numerous opportunities for further recreational activities in the surrounding area like Jack Browns Seaplane Base, Legoland, Disney World, Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa, Bok Tower Gardens, Sun 'n Fun Airshow Lakeland, and more.

The boat house and dock is unfortunately NOT usable. It was destroyed by one of last hurricanes and is not repaired yet. Please be careful and DO NOT try to get on the dock!

We do not offer cable TV, but we provide a smart TV in every room with different TV apps, and you can login to your own accounts on Netflix, Hulu, sling, Fubo, Youtube TV, Amazon, apple TV, etc.

We provide WiFi, but there may be a power outage or an internet failure like it can happen everywhere. We will do everything we can to fix it quickly. For business people, we always recommend an internet backup.

We provide essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, detergents, etc. only for the beginning of your stay. Sometimes it is not enough as stays vary and everyone uses and handles things differently. Please refill for yourself if you run out of something.

At or near a lake "Blind mosquitoes," also known as lake gnats, are common here. They don't bite, but they can appear in swarms and may impact your outdoor enjoyments. We can't predict when they'll arrive, and there's no known way to deter them.

POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
We allow bookings for 5 guests including children. Must be at least 25 years old to book. No additional guests and unauthorized visitors are permitted on the property outside of your reservation. We do not allow parties and events, including friend and family gatherings. If we find out there are more guests as booked, you will be asked to leave and not given any refund as this violates our house rules. The home is strictly no-smoking/vaping, and no pets.

Please be advised we have an outdoor security camera with video surveillance facing the front yard and driveway.

Home was comfortable, very clean and was just as the pictures showed. Could watch sea planes land and take off from Lake Jessie, where home is located. ALso, close to grocery stores, Walmart & farmers market.

More than I expected

Great stay. Very clean house & nice neighborhood! Hosts are very responsive. I left early and they refunded me for nights I wouldn’t be there. I came in to fly, which was perfect because the location is next to an airport. Bathroom was updated with nice water pressure. Recommend!!

Very nice older home situated on a lovely large lot right on the lake. Home is not fancy but very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this property to others. Very pretty area with lots of beautiful vegetation and a bird lover's delight.

Great property!!

We loved the property the house was older but very roomy and nice! The only thing was we thought that the boat thats in the picture wouldnt be there and it was so we had no where to put our boat we had to just tie it to the dock but other than that we loved it and will definatley will come back and rent the house again!! The neighbors that take care of the house were really nice and very helpful! We really enjoyed the property!
