Inside, everyone will fall in love with the spacious living area, open kitchen, and comfortable dining layout! After a long day on fresh powder or exploring the town nearby, the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a tasty meal and curb appetites.

The home boasts two stylish primary suites and a bunk room perfect for the kids, so a total of eight guests can come along and spread out with ease. When it is time to wind down, everyone can hop into the private hot tub and soak in bliss as the stars come out each night. Plus, each room has a flatscreen TV, allowing each visitor to watch their favorite shows and movies before dozing off!

Perched between Winter Park and Fraser, this home offers the ideal vacation getaway for any season! During the colder months of the year, make the quick three-mile drive down to Winter Park Resort and ski to your heart's content on a plethora of groomed runs for all experience levels. Drive three miles tin he opposite direction, and the kids can enjoy a fun day of tubing on the Fraser Tubing Hill. Don't worry about driving on icy roads or trying to find parking around town, as there is a shuttle that will take you from the front door to all of the top destinations in town. When the warmer months arrive, walk along the charming streets of the town and try out some local eateries such as Stoke! Plus, the hiking and biking trails are unbeatable with breathtaking views of the valley and mountain terrain.

Riding the bus around Winter Park is fun and easy! Especially if you are headed to the mountain, take the bus and skip walking through the huge parking lots.

We are on the Red - Rendezvous route. Leaving from the resort, we are the 3rd stop back into the town of Winter Park.

At the condo complex, the bus stop is located at the corner of Crosscut Drive and Ski Idlewild Road. Just go to the end of Sawyer Circle and take a right. You’ll see the bus stop sign at the corner of the next street. It’s an easy walk, even in ski boots!





Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
