Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.Ich habe die Unterkunft gebucht und innerhalb weniger Minuten (nicht einmal 10 Minuten) wieder storniert, da ich mich im Datum vertan hatte. Es gab dazu auch telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber im Vorfeld der Stornierung.Trotzdem wurde mir im Nachhinein die Erstattung verweigert. Dadurch sind für mich rund 500 Euro innerhalb kürzester Zeit verloren gegangen, obwohl ich sofort reagiert habe.Seitdem werde ich nur hin‑ und hergeschoben: Der Gastgeber verweist auf die Plattform, die Plattform wiederum auf den Gastgeber. Niemand fühlt sich zuständig, niemand hilft, niemand übernimmt Verantwortung.Eine Klärung scheint nur auf rechtlichem Weg möglich zu sein, was für mich als Kunde extrem enttäuschend ist.Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier zu buchen, wenn sich Pläne kurzfristig ändern.
