In a prime central location in Winterberg town (300 meters from Winterberg's market square, within walking distance of the Winterberg ski lift carousel), the light-filled, spacious, and high-quality Winterberg Apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator.

A total of approximately 110 m² of living space is distributed across a hallway, a very large living room with a TV, an open, perfectly equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person, a tasteful bedroom with a double bed and TV, and another beautiful bedroom with a loft bed for two people and a pull-out bed for the third person. However, due to its length, this bedroom is only suitable for one child. This bedroom also contains games and books. Both TVs in the apartment are Smart TVs and have Netflix reception. The apartment also features a spacious bathroom, which also houses an infrared cabin for two people and a washing machine. The living room provides access to the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture outside of the winter season.

All windows in the property are triple-glazed.

In the basement belonging to the apartment, you can store skis, ski boots, sleds, and bicycles if necessary. There is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house for bicycles.

This comfortable holiday apartment includes a free, covered carport parking space. If you arrive with two cars, you must park the second car in a public parking lot.
