Our first impression when we walked in, was that it’s spacious. The condo is fully equipped for a long stay with the amenities of a home. However, once we settled in we noticed the following areas of concern.- Vrbo did not provide the room number. We tried to call and message the owner and called Vrbo customer service.- Our room was not clean. Dirty floors, mirrors, dust and huge smudges on refrigerator.- Window in main area is cloudy. The seal is bad and you can barely see out.-Whirlpool control panel doesn’t work. With this being a main feature of the room, pressing the buttons multiple times is concerning. -The fan above whirlpool is extremely loud and can’t be turned off.- The extra bedroom tv doesn’t work.-The main tv remote doesn’t work properly. You can’t select shows or movies. Scroll through every channel is outdated.-Master bathroom shower should have a stool for shampoo and soap - There should be more than 1 luggage rack to match the accommodations - Kitchen sink faucet is loose and wobbly.- The refrigerator leaks water onto the first shelf and all of our things got wet. - The description doesn’t say whether there’s a balcony or not. We felt a bit trapped in the room especially with the windows bolted to only open 3 inches. - We were surprised that the building has no staff. The front desk is not occupied and there is no one on the property to contact for any reasons or concerns. - Because of these reasons, we left a day earlier dissatisfied.
