The 4th Williamson Family Condo is unit #410 at Lighthouse Cove. It is a waterfront unit situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a large 2nd floor patio allowing guests to relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Ideally located near all of the attractions that the Dells has to offer, this 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a couple's weekend, golf trip, girls' weekend or a family getaway.
The condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds & Roku TV's for rainy days.
This is a lake front property in Lighthouse Cove with a great view. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the family room. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: • Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. The person on the reservation must be 21 years of age unless preapproved by host. • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. • Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for residents. • Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS • Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. • Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on- property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. • Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings. • Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. • Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper • Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife • Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills. • Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. • Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.
