Stayed to spend the weekend at Blenheim Palace, great location and a nice walk straight across from the building. Amazing and friendly staff, breakfast was amazing.

Property looked well presented, but we stayed in Room 12 which was a self contained flat. The bathroom had consistent stale smoke/cooking fat/ burning toast smell as it seems that it may have shared an extraction fan with the kitchen. In the morning this became more pleasant when actual cooking was occurring. In addition the smoking area was right outside the door, which led to cigarette smoke penetrating the room - upon later inspection an air brick for the room was next to where an ashtray bucket had been placed. A shame really as the night promised much, and the staff were really friendly.
