Bay View is the perfect self-catering vacation home in the quaint coastal town of Witsand. Centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the river, sand dunes and swimming beach as well as being down the road from the local shop. Experience breath taking views of the sunset from the balcony, with views of the river mouth and the ocean. The house has been newly renovated by the owners for a fresh new modern feel.
The accommodation can accommodate 8 guests and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room. The main bedroom located upstairs offers a queen size bed, an en-suite with bathtub, toilet and basin . The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. The open plan living room leads out onto the balcony for spectacular views. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor each with a double bed, a twin single bed and built in cupboards. Additional facilities include outside braai area, washing machine, chest-freezer and flat screen TV. DSTV can be arranged for an addition fee of R50 per day. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor each with a toilet, basin and a shower and bathtub respectively.
Single garage available for secure parking as well as 2 additional parking spaces.
