Etwas veraltet aber ok

Check-in und check-out waren völlig unproblematisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man benötigt jedoch ein Auto, um alles gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen, Deko wirkt sehr lieblos. Die Betten und die Couch sind nicht besonders bequem. Der Besen in der Abstellkammer sollte dringend mal erneuert werden. Es gab wirklich nichts (kein Spülmittel, kein Schwamm, keine Müllbeutel). 5 investieren und als nette Geste ein Mini-Spülmittel, einen Schwamm und zwei Müllbeutel bereit legen - würde bei Gästen bestimmt gut ankommen. W-Lan war nicht vorhanden. Aufgrund der kurzfristigen Buchung ok, sonst eher nicht.

ruhige lage

ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse am Ortsrand. Die wohnung ist für 5 Personen ok (2 erw. + Kinder 5,7,9): Am Esstisch gibts leider nur 4 Stühle und ein fünfter passt auch nicht. Wir haben uns daher teilweise abgewechselt oder mal die kleine auf einem Bein sitzen lassen. Für nur Frühstück oder mal Abendessen wars ok. Zu Fuß zum Meer ist etwas weit, aber Bäcker und Supermarkt sind sehr nah und sogar sonntags geöffnet. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnall zu Hafen oder auch zu den anderen Küsten-Orten. In Summe war Preis-Leistung gut.

Für 5 zu klein und katastrophale Matratzen

Wir hatten für 12 Tage gebucht aber sind eher wieder abgereist. Die Matratzen in jedem Bett sind Katastrophe ganzstündig schweigen das Klapp Gäste Bett. Wir alle hatten schmerzen Es war einfach nicht mehr auszuhalten in diesen durch gelegenen Matratzen zu schlafen . Wohnung ist für 5 Personen . Aber es gab nur 3 Garten Stühle und der Esstisch war nur mit 4 Stühlen . Einrichtung war alles sehr altmodisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Meine Schwester war in dem Nachbar Haus up de Ring 26 Dachgeschoss. Da war alles neu eingerichtet und auch eine neue Küche modernes Badezimmer und allgemein sehr gepflegt und neu eingerichtet .

Zu klein für eine Familie

Selbst wenn man in der Unterkunft nur frühstückt, hat man nicht wirklich genug Platz. Obwohl man bereits eine Reinigungsgebühr zahlt, wird man beim Einzug schriftlich benachrichtigt, dass man die Wohnung besenrein verlassen muss, ansonsten muss man noch weitere 30€ zahlen. Wofür bezahlt man denn so viel für Reinigung? Auf der Terrasse gab es nur 3 Stühle, wir waren aber zu viert, und in der Abstellkammer gab es vier Sitzkissen. Die Mikrowelle stand auf der Waschmaschine im der Abstellkammer, die Geräte müssen sich eine Steckdose teilen. Wein- oder Biergläser konnte man nicht finden. Besteck und Teller gab es genug. Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer (Etagenbett) haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, beim Überziehen kann man jede Feder fühlen, nicht dass die rausspringen. Abends haben anscheinend die Bauern ihre Felder gedüngt. Weil das Haus direkt am Acker steht, konnte man keine Fenster öffnen oder draussen sitzen, weil es gestunken hat. Bei schlechtem Wetter war es schwer auszuhalten, wir sind deswegen früher abgereist.
