Absolutely fantastic place to stay especially if going to a Passing Out Parade at Pirbright. The staff were amazing and went out of their way and the rooms and service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Beautiful hotel and very peaceful. Staff very polite and friendly. The only problem we felt were pillows very thin and not enough of them .

Beautiful hotel from the outside in a lovely setting and convenient for a day in London from Woking train station. We also went to Hampton Court Palace. The food was of a high standard but we were disappointed with the room, it was boring and drab. We have stayed in other hotels with much more of a wow factor.
Nice hotel within easy commuting distance of Woking, hence reason for the stay.
Hotel is clean and ambient.
Staff on reception not overly helpful.
Waiting staff at breakfast very good and friendly.
Overall average, particularly given the cost.

The building we stayed in was opposite the reception. Our room was clean and tidy but very tired looking. Staff were nice, and breakfast was served at the table.
Disappointing. No wifi. Receptionist on arrival not competent. Delicious food but very slow service. Noisy in the morning due to building work right above us - we were not warned. Initially billed for a bottle of wine but fortunately the staff corrected it.
