Cottage 1-2 is a spacious double end unit conveniently located closest to our entrance and Main Street, offering easy access to all that downtown Wolfeboro has to offer.

This cottage features two bedrooms - Bedroom 1 - one Queen bed w/ children's loft accessible by ladder with 2 Twins - Bedroom 2 - one Double bed, and two Single trundle beds. The cottage also includes an inviting electric fireplace and one full bathroom with a shower.
Step outside to your own **private courtyard**, complete with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, charcoal grill (charcoal provided), and a chiminea with complimentary firewood—perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.

**Maximum Occupancy:** 6 Adults + 2 Children (using the loft)

In addition to everything this property offers we found there was a nearby 12mile bike trail that goes through the woods passing lakes on the the route, and bikes were available at the property.

Wonderful!

Was so happy to have early check in. Very cute accommodations and had everything we needed. The only thing that we didn’t expect was to be so cold at night. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the kitchenette (even though it was small and a bit outdated). Location was very convenient. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our vacation.
