Stayed here before. Reception hours are a bit restrictive for late arrivals, but not an issue for me this time. Staff are super helpful. Room was clean, no odours, and looked 'fresh', possibly thanks to the management keeping the décor contemporary. Everything works the way that it should - aircon; TV; lights and bathroom taps. Importantly, the bed was firm yet comfortable.

This apartment was great value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The roms were clean and tidy. The kitchen had new appliances, complimentary water and a full sized fridge with proper freezer. The bed was comfortable and the blinds blocked out the light very well. I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean. The only down side was that they hadn't renovated the bathtub in which the shower is placed. The tub was slippery and I wouldn't recommend it for elderly people or people with mobility issues. If you have concerns ,I would recommend asking if they have a room with a separate shower. The only other thing to consider is that the front desk closes at 4pm. I would recommend checking you have enough towels, bedding etc before 4pm. There is no internal phone system to call reception on after hours. However, that asside I would still absolutely stay here again, as those small issues didn't impact my personal stay. I just mentioned them here incase they do apply to other guests in the future.

Everything was great. Hotel was easily accessible and just minutes away from supermarkets / food. Room was ready when we checked in and the amenities was superb. Would stay here again if I ever come to Wollongong.

This is our second visit to the hotel. Staff are friendly. Checking & check out very easy. Room is clean & microwave is an added benefit for short stays. Parking is available but can get full if you arrive late. I
