Get new pillows

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were literally the worst I’ve ever experienced… tiny and lumpy. Room was spacious enough. Coffee in the lobby is awful/not real coffee.

When we opened the sofa bed there were filthy sheets on it and the bottom of the mattress was all mildew. Went down and showed photos and they switched our room but very inconvenient to say the least. The room definitely has seen better days . Not very clean and dated to say the least. The second room wasn’t much better. Thankful we were only staying one night on our way through.

Had some air cleaning machine constantly running and was extremely loud. Had to move it around to use the bathroom. Has some uv light that I found out in the process that is hazardous to look at.

The beds and chairs had stains. One room had outdoor chair cushions for cusions on the pull out bed. The pool water was green. The pool area had dirty towels on the floor.

Please don’t knock on the door in the morning

The nighttime desk staff was fantastic. Quick check-in, thorough, and friendly. The cleaning staff in the morning knocked on our door 4 times starting at 8:15am. It was very annoying! We didn’t get to the hotel until midnight and we were trying to sleep! We have until 11:00am to check out! Please respect that! The front desk should know if we checked out or not.

I prepaid for a king room. Upon our arrival we were given keys to room. When we entered the room it was 2 full size beds. I go down to the front desk to ask why they gave us the wrong room. The front desk attendant said they were out of KING rooms. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when they first handed me the key. She was like “I don’t know. we have no other king rooms available. Do you still want to stay here?” It’s 10 o’clock at night. What else am I supposed to do. I needed a king bed because my partner just had surgery and needed the space. Very upset and no manager on duty during the evening at check-in or in the morning at checkout. Lazy management.

Not pleased

Upon my arrival with my family the tv was not in working condition. We asked someone from the front desk to come and fix it and they were unable to do so. I have also noticed a stain on the sheets along with a candy wrapper on the floor that was not mine. I also came across the bathroom and noticed the toilet is rusted and not in good condition. And also the AC was not working at all overnight. One room was cooler and the other wasn’t. Due to the inconvenience of this evening I’d really appreciate a refund as I traveled here with my family looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to stay over night.
