Hotel was comfortable. Rooms were clean but hallways were not. Walls are extremely thin between rooms so you can hear everything from other rooms - even someone talking in low voices can be heard easily.

The room and hotel were clean, but we did have a roach in our room. The double sofa bed, had tearing and stains o it, so I didn't feel comfortable using it. Furniture needs to be updated. Other than that perfect location for shopping and dining.

Just okay, wouldn't recommend

The room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable. We arrived late, ready to go straight to bed, but the ac was set to 60 and the room was freezing cold. Fan in the bathroom didnt work. When I called down with a question there was no answer. I walked down, and she said there must be something wrong with the phone because she hadn't gotten any calls. All in all just okay, wouldn't recommend or stay there again.

Terrible stay

This used to be very nice many years ago. Now there appears to be drug dealers and addicts all over the place. It was very warm outside and the temperature in that room stayed at 77° after four times asking them to turn the air conditioner on in the room. The TV in the living room was the only TV that had better channels than the bedroom but yet there was no guide and the couch was so filthy in the living room with dark brown stuff all over it. Couldn’t sit on it.

This was a very safe and quiet hotel with a really nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and large enough for our three adults and one teen. The wi-if was sketchy, though, so we used our phones to hot spot. There is an Outback directly across the street and a huge mall about 5 minutes away with a bowling alley and AMC theater. It has several nice restaurants.
