Nestled amongst Framlingham's proudly independent shops, cafe's, restaurants and pubs, Market View is a wonderfully spacious apartment that has been sympathetically restored whilst retaining period character and authenticity. With a large oriel window in the sitting room looking out to the market square and Church, it is a perfect spot to sit with a coffee and newspaper to idly watch daily life in this historic market town.

Entrance from the street with stairs up to front door. A few steps immediately inside the door and steps down from the hallway to access the bathroom and bedroom.
Kitchen: A range of fitted units, oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, cafetiere
Sitting Room: Window to front with window seat, large sofa, armchairs, ornamental fireplace, bookshelves and Smart TV, extendable dining table and chairs.
Bedroom: Kingsize bed, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps, walk in wardrobe, window to rear
Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
