The room was the most spacious and fully equipped (including a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and a cooktop) of any hotel in which we have stayed. It was spotless and in “like new” condition. The bed was comfortable. The room was both comfortably and functionally furnished It had all the amenities of home.

The room we were given had a horrible smell to it. There was a real lack of food and beverages for the guests an even at the complimentary breakfast, some items had run out. Also, when checking in there was a not many staff at reception (only 1) which led to an inconvenient wait time. Overall poorly managed hotel with a lack of basic amenities (food beyond breakfast and a bar) and questionable cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend stay at this hotel and the fact it was a 9.2 on Expedia was is real head scratcher.

it was just kind of a cheap, tacky environment. it was clean, staff was nice, but the bedding and room decor were subpar, just kind of cheap and not nice, not upscale, not as nice as home. I LOVE a hotel that is nicer than home.
