Arcadia Safari Tent in private 5 acre field

Situated on a campsite within a Coarse Fishery,

ARCADIA CAMPING = 1 x Safari Tent sleeps 8, in its own 5-acre field, comes with its own private lake to fish, swim or kayak, a hammock, bbq, fire pit, extra-large outdoor table, and seating areas. This is ideal for group bookings and families that want some space to themselves. Extra guests can bring their own tents at an extra charge of £50 per tent per night (max 4 people per tent) so ideal for larger groups.

Need somewhere for the whole family to enjoy then look no further, Arcadia Camping is set on your own private 5 acre field, Fire pit, BBQ, Pizza Oven, Long eating table, all surrounding your own private lake which you can enjoy while swimming, kayaking or fishing, this place truly is the perfect spot for kids party's, birthdays, family get togethers.

Booking is for 10 people, extra guests can bring their own tents and pitch up on your own 5 acre field and join your party for a small fee, max 10 extra guests making a total of 20 guests. Extra guests are not included in this price please contact us to arrange this.

This Safari tent sleeps 8, it has proper beds with sheets on, you will need to bring your own duvets and pillows.
Arcadia Camping is on its own completely private 5 acre field located on a 60 acre camping ground/ fishery. Guests of Arcadia Camping are allowed to enjoy what the rest of the site has to offer but only Arcadia Camping guessed allowed on Arcadia Camping 5 acre field and facilities. There are toilets and showers on site that you can use. A toilet will be provided near the Safari Tent.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm and check-out is 11am..
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. Please do not drive on the grass
except in the tracks previously made.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Max 2 dogs
- One kayak is provided seats 2
- Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm.
- Only guests signed in are allowed.
- No using the lake after 10.30pm, nor if under the influence of alcohol.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please do not take the mattresses out of the safari tent.

Arcadia rules -
**Swim at Your Own Risk**
The lake is over 6 feet deep.

**Life Jackets Are Required**
All guests must wear life jackets while paddle boarding and kayaking,
please do not enter the water after dark

**Children Must Be Supervised at All Times**

**Danger: High Voltage**
Please stay away from solar panels.

**Electrical Guidelines**
Only use the 10-amp plug socket; no extension leads are allowed.

**Alcohol Consumption**
Guests who have consumed alcohol are not allowed to drive their vehicles. Please walk to the cafe at bottom of the site.

**Music**
While reasonable speakers are allowed please do not use your car speakers to play music,
if we can hear it from the bottom of the feild it is too loud.

**Fire Safety**
Camp fires must be extinguished before going to sleep.

**Quiet Hours**
Please keep noise down by 10 PM. While Arcadia is away from others, loud screams, monkey noises, and amplified music can travel easily. Keep music and noise to your small group, as there will be a charge if a warden is needed after 10 PM.

**Damages**
All damages must be reported to a member of staff

** Day guests**
All day guests must book in at reception on entry and must leave the site before dark keeping noise to a minimum while traveling through the campsite.

**Waste Management**
Please bag all rubbish and place it in the correct bins. We kindly ask that you leave the area as you found it.
We are not responsible for broken tents, kayaks, or paddleboards. Please take your broken
belongings home with you.

**Check-Out Policy**
Check-out time is 11 AM. We will check over Arcadia before you check out and
return your deposit.
For a fast check-out, please take a video of your camping area, showing that it is left as you found it and that rubbish is placed in the correct bins.

**Pet Policy**
Dogs must be dry and clean before entering the safari tent and kept on
lead while walking though the campsite and bar area

**Deposit Policy**
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.
