Was told at check-in that breakfast on Christmas Day needed to be booked in advance. Asked for breakfast the day after Christmas and was literally told I couldn’t have any because I hadn’t pre-booked. I explained that I was told Christmas not Christmas and Boxing Day. The hostess said “well I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do if you didn’t pre-book”. I don’t know what hospitality school she went to but an offer of a piece of toast and a cup of tea would have changed my opinion completely. Terrible service.

The staff is very nice, the location is fantastic, very close to the stadium and town. The room was clean. I did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel, but they did look to have a large selection of items on the menu.

Wrexham soccer visitor from USA

I came to Wrexham to visit the area and to watch the Soccer team. This hotel is so close to the train station, The Turf, Stok Cae Ras. I would stay here again. The staff went out of there way to store my luggage after checking out so I could enjoy the soccer match without any luggage. Thank you.
