The hotel itself is a decent standard. I have stayed there several times. The biggest issue is the bar maid. She needs to go on customer service training.

No Uber service in Wrexham. Found the taxi service to take long in arriving, unless you prebooked the service. There is nothing in close proximity.

I don’t know it was excellent could not fault anything there. The room was excellent clean and warm. The dining area was very clean and staff were very friendly. The bar area was also clean and tidy and looks to me like that they keep a tight ship

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Lots of convenient parking. Easy check in/out, and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. Food at breakfast was okay - a bit overcooked, and limited in the healthier options.
