Important Notes
Pets: Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs). A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be charged separately within two weeks of your arrival. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation price.

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors. Violations will incur a $250 fine.

Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Extended Stay: Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, charged manually post-booking.

Starter Pack: We provide a complimentary starter pack with basic toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, please plan to replenish supplies.

Nature Reminder: This home’s natural setting may result in occasional wildlife or bug sightings, despite our thorough cleaning efforts.
