Spacious, tastefully furnished and renovated in 2014 bright three-room apartment with balcony in a listed historic estate (Zehnthof) with central heating. The apartment has a daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, two nice bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 180 cm wide) and a living room with dining area and a modern kitchenette (with fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave).

Bus connection 15 minutes to the center of Würzburg, stop nearby, bakery, butcher, drinks, various restaurants within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy and a general practitioner. Various playgrounds and a stream with a nature-protected section provide for outdoor recreation.
