Southpoint - Views for Days on Iluka Avenue

Front row location in Wye River, on the renown Iluka Avenue. Perched on the hill between Wye River and Separation Creek, Southpoint has immersive views of the ocean and 180 degree coastline views of the Great Ocean Road.

Taking in the line of sky, ocean, waves, and the rockpools below. Paddy's Path runs along between the boundary of the property and the Great Ocean Road, and is a scenic walking path linking Wye River and Separation Creek. At low tide, there is access to walk on the beach between the two hamlets, and the rockpools make a great place to swim too.

Minimalist in design and furnishing, the entry level contains the kitchen, dining and living area, along with ocean front balcony. There is also a North oriented deck with outdoor couches and BBQ, with views through the house, while sheltered from the South West winds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso Pod machine and plenty of cooking items.
There is a wall mounted Smart TV, NBN Wifi for work or play, and many vantage points for enjoying the view and sitting back with a book.

Downstairs are the two queen bedrooms. One with an ensuite, the other bathroom is next to the other bedroom but has hallway entry. Both bathrooms have showers with an amazing ocean view!
A European laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and tub, iron and ironing board.

The closeness to the ocean, and elevation, makes you feel like you are on a boat. Take in the everchanging ocean and sky, weather and light.
Southpoint is also a great base for activities in the Otways, such as the Separation Creek to Jamieson Creek walk to the East, or the Wye River to Kennett River walk to the West.

Couples rate: The 2 person rate is for couples sharing the same bed and using the adjoining ensuite bathroom.
If you are 2 people needing two bedrooms, please select the 3 person rate.
All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay.
