The super spacious ground floor boasts an open plan living/dining and kitchen area which leads out to a splendid private garden with pristine waters as a backdrop. The fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen will bring out the chef in you and will definitely be the daily gathering spot.
An extra comfy sofa, in the living area, will have its fair share of occupancy and is able to accommodate a ‘sleep-over’ for an extra guest. What’s more, this part of the residence is extra warm during the colder months as it features a gorgeous fireplace.
A ship-ladder style staircase leads you up to serene sleeping quarters and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The tastefully decorated master bedroom features a lux super king size bed, abundant closet space, and best of all: its own balcony with a view your eyes (and soul) will definitely thank you for.
