Grand-perhehuoneessa on 75 tuuman taulu-tv ja suuri, kutsuva sohva. Tartu kirjan tai kiikarin pariin ja hae paikanne aurinkoisen ikkunan edessä! Mukautettu keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset vierailun aikana. Alakerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja yhteinen kylpyamme. Yläkerrassa on vielä 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa on upea mukautettu kylpy-sviitti. On syvä, vapaasti seisova kylpyamme merinäköalalla, kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja upein suihku, jossa on kaksinkertaiset suihkupäät ja uskomaton mosaiikkilaatat. Tuntuu, että astui sisään ylellisimpään eurooppalaiseen kylpylään!

Vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä etelään löydät Cape Perpetuan luonnonkauniista alueesta vaellukselle, valaiden katseluun ja korkeimman näkökulman, josta pääsee autolla Oregonin rannikolla, Heceta Headin majakalla ja monilla rannan edustajilla.

Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful. It was clean, equipped with everything we could possibly need and the views were stunning. The only downside was the hot tub being out of order. Otherwise, we were incredibly pleased with our stay.

Excellent location

Loved the house and location. Amenities were great. Reported slow draining sinks in the bathrooms but didn’t get a call back. The shower tiles in the primary bathroom could be cleaner. The shades in the primary bedroom could be cleaned. Overall, a very nice spacious house that could use a little sprucing up.

Great location.

The house has a lot of potential. It was clean but needed some TLC. Most of it was just general maintenance issues like painting on the outside, updating of decorating, and the refrigerator literally had rust all over the outside of it. We also had no air conditioning or heat the entire time we were there. The master bath had an incredible shower, but there was no way to keep the water inside the shower and it would run all over the floor. They took care of these issues. It would probably be one of the nicest places we stayed. They have great big picture windows that look out to the ocean. The hot tub on the deck was very clean and we enjoyed it. We would stay at this property again.

Ideal setting for a weeklong getaway

It was very easy to settle in to this wonderful home on the beautiful coast of Oregon. We opened the windows and were immediately soothed by the sound of the waves just outside, it set the mood for our entire trip. We found the bedrooms comfortable, the bathrooms were as pictured with that great shower and soaker tub right by the window. We cooked at home a good amount of the time and did not find any of the cookware lacking. The hot tub was very nice to end the day. The beach and town of Yachats are all very close and in walking distance. All of the state parks you could visit and explore in a weeks time are within a few miles driving distance. We cleaned the floors a bit when we came in because we realized our feet/socks were getting a bit dirty walking around without shoes. The screen slider to the hot tub had some tears in the screen but was still completely functional. We didn't have use of the hot tub our first night, but that is ok because they had drained and refilled it (it was still heating the water up). There is some water damage in the ceiling corner of the 1st floor (back) king bedroom above where the front facing windows are as well as some water damage on the ceiling of the 1st floor queen room. If I had to guess it is from the upstairs bathroom or the dormer. I did not see any mold though, so that is good! Upstairs bedrooms were immaculate! Overall would recommend highly :-)

Perfect for our Family Reunion

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The master bed was so comfortable and the upstairs bathroom suite was one of my favorite features of the house. We used the hot tub, grill and enjoyed the stunning views from the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bathroom suite! The only thing I would want to change is the ability to lower the hot tub temp so it is more kid friendly. And somehow there were other guests in the house when we arrived because they were confused and though it was their rental. However management was always very responsive regarding any concerns and needs.

Views were beautiful! Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful property. Is due for some upgrading to appliances, downstairs bathroom needs an upgrade. The wood floors need redone. Could use some area rugs to warm the place up. While trying appealing to everyone the place has gone a bit cold I think. The patio door was broken by the previous renters and they did let me know about it before arriving which was nice. While it did not ruin our trip it did impact our trip because we had to go through a bedroom to go out on the deck for the hot tub. There was no deck furniture to sit on to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is wonderful! Very clean and good jets for massages after a long day of hiking. Compared to the other houses in the neighborhood this house looked the most run down from the outside. The grass was not mowed and it was the week of the 4th of July so the kids could not play in the front or backyard. While the house had everything we needed and we were comfortable the house is in need of a very good deep cleaning. First impression is everything is clean but as the week went on we noticed things that were not clean. The upstairs shower is beautiful but there is some mold growing up towards the ceiling. Lots of dust. It was a bit pricey for having things in disrepair and not clean.

Oregon Dream Vacation

We had such a wonderful time at this property in Yachats, Oregon (literally right across the street from the ocean and....at low tide...the tidepools)! It was the perfect size for our family of 8 (including teens and children)! It was very clean, it has a large, nice hot tub, a large gas grill to cook on, all of the kitchen utensils, plates, pans etc, to have a great time cooking there, a huge washer and dryer and I LOVED the upstairs bathtub and double shower room! So cool! We would highly recommend the Cape Perpetua Park in the Siuslaw National Forest (only 2 miles South) for some beautiful forest and ocean hiking! AND LeRoy's Blue Whale Restaurant! It was SO good!!! This was our Oregon Dream Vacation, and we would LOVE to come again! Sincerely, Danielle & Michael B. & Family

A wonderful older coastal home with character and magical views.

Our group loved this house but we like character and history. In an older home you expect to find somethings that aren't working - light switches, jacuzzi tub fixtures, leaky roofs, etc... but all in all to us it's part of the experience and not something that would ruin our trip.

Great house with beautiful views

We’ve stayed before and came back because of the cleanliness and location. The house is very spacious and laid out well for 2 families. There is a little beach less than .5 miles away which is great during low tide. The hot tub was wonderful..I believe the filter needs to be replaced and the upstairs shower drain and bathtub drain weren’t working well. Otherwise it was awesome:-).
