The Space:

Villa Ventura is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa set in the sought-after area of Montana Roja, just a short walk from the famous Papagayo beach in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. With a large heated pool and fabulous outdoor space, this is the perfect holiday villa for families and groups of friends.



A pretty walkway, decorated with bougainvillea, leads you to the upper floor of Villa Ventura where 4 lovingly decorated bedrooms are located. Two king-size bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and French windows with views of the ocean, lead onto an extensive upper terrace. Overlooking the pool and featuring one of the villa’s stunning outdoor dining areas, this is the perfect place to catch the sunrise with a coffee or enjoy early evening drinks together.



Also on the upper floor are two pretty twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned to keep you cool on those famous Lanzarote summer nights. Highlighting their love for Playa Blanca, each bedroom takes the name of one of the owners’ favourite places.



Downstairs you’ll find the heart of this wonderful villa: a large open-plan living and dining space where huge sliding doors fill the villa with light and lead out onto a patio with a BBQ for lazy al fresco lunches and sunshine-filled evenings full of laughter and new memories.



The kitchen area is spacious, with an island perfect for sociable cooking. There is everything a budding chef could ask for, from a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and hob, to all the classic kitchen essentials, including a coffee machine.



L-shaped leather sofas, high-speed WiFi, and a wide-screen TV complete with all your favourites make this Playa Blanca villa a true home-from-home in the stunning Canarian sunshine.



Step outside and you are greeted with a shaded dining area and pool table. Gated steps lead you into a stunning outdoor heated pool surrounded by sunbeds. You’ll instantly relax in the sunshine and families will love spending time together in the pool.



Downstairs there is also an additional guest toilet and utility laundry room with a washing machine.



Villa Ventura is in a fantastic location in Playa Blanca, just a stone’s throw from the Aqua Lava water park, a 10-minute walk to Papagayo beach, Lanzarote’s most photographed beach, and a 15-minute stroll to the vibrant centre of Playa Blanca where there is a bar and restaurant to suit everyone. Guest Access:

Online Check-in & Arrival Information



To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.

Housekeeping Service



For stays of more than 12 nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This service takes place after each full week of your stay and includes:



* A light clean of the villa

* Fresh bed linen

* Clean towels



For example:



* 2-week stay: housekeeping on day 7

* 3-week stay: housekeeping on days 7 and 14

* For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter



For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, no additional cleaning is included.



If you would like extra housekeeping services during your stay, these can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.



Pool Heating



* From 1st October to 30th April (winter months): both solar and electric pool heating are included in your booking.

* From 1st May to 30th September (summer months): solar pool heating is included, however electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.



If you would like to add electric pool heating during the summer months, please contact us for further details and pricing.

Payment & Breakages Insurance



Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.



A compulsory breakages insurance fee of £10 per person, per stay is also charged. This fee is non-refundable and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.



The breakages insurance covers accidental damage only, up to a value of £400. Should any accidental damage exceed this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.



Please note that any deliberate, negligent, or malicious damage is not covered by the breakages insurance, and the guest will be fully responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.



By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

We operate a convenient self check-in system, so there is no need to meet on arrival. The property is equipped with a digital lock, and your unique access code will be provided once the online check-in has been completed.



However, we understand that some guests may prefer a personal welcome. We have local representatives in the area who are more than happy to visit you the morning after your arrival if requested — just let us know in advance and we will be delighted to arrange this.
