The Space:

Welcome to Villa Geny, a stylish and contemporary villa set in the peaceful Residencia Atlántico Rubicón area of Playa Blanca, just a short stroll from the vibrant Marina Rubicón.



This modern and spacious villa is perfect for families, couples and small groups looking to enjoy both relaxation and convenience. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light from large French windows that lead directly onto the sunny terrace. Comfortable seating, a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere.



The villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including two king-size rooms and one twin room, along with two modern bathrooms, providing comfort and flexibility for all guests.



Step outside to enjoy your own private heated pool and generous terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying al fresco dining with the BBQ.



With air conditioning in the bedrooms (coin-operated) and high-speed fibre internet, Villa Geny combines comfort with modern convenience. Located close to Marina Rubicón’s restaurants, bars and shops, it’s the perfect base for a memorable holiday in Playa Blanca.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Geny enjoys a fantastic location in the popular Residencia Atlántico Rubicón area of Playa Blanca, just a short stroll from Marina Rubicón. Here you'll find a wonderful selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, supermarkets, and the popular Marina Rubicón market, held every Wednesday and Saturday.



The scenic seafront promenade is also nearby, perfect for leisurely walks towards Playa Dorada beach and the centre of Playa Blanca. With beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment all within easy reach, Villa Geny is perfectly positioned for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, with the nearest bus stop just 350m away, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
