This lovely 3 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet gated residential area with tennis courts close to the centre of Playa Blanca.
It has a modern and bright lounge with contemporary furniture with TV, and a dining area seating 6 people. It also has air conditioning.
The kitchen is very well equipped with Fridge/Freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, airfryer and washing machine.
The Master bedroom has a superking sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a toilet, sink unit and corner shower cubicle.
The two further bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
One also has an en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
There is also a family bathroom with sink, toilet and bath/shower.
The private outside garden has an electronically heated pool, sun loungers, outside dining area and a Canarian BBQ. Perfect to enjoy the glorious Lanzarote weather.
A truly delightful villa with all the facilities you will need for a fabulous self catering holiday.

Lovely property, clean and spacious
Owners were lovely and responded well. Property suited our needs. Pool was a bit cold at times
