Located in Playa Blanca, the vacation home "El Ancla" offers guests a fantastic view of the Atlantic. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a game console, a fan, air conditioning and heating in both the living room and dining room, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Amazing villa

A great villa in a quiet neighbourhood. As good, if not better, than the listing and pictures suggest. Well furnished with a really smart outside area and pool. A thirty minute walk to the lively area on the front so would recommend having a car. Great to explore the volcano next door!

Villa El Ancla,what a great place to stay.Susana is a great host and kept us informed and updated through out the whole booking process.We we’re extremely grateful to be allowed to gain access early to the Villa due to the flight times from the UK. Martin met us and gave us a brief tour around the property and showed us how everything worked, the welcome pack was much appreciated and allowed us to celebrate the start of our holiday with a glass of fizz or two.The Villa itself was spotless and extremely spacious, beds very comfy,all the utensils you could want and some basic ingredients supplied to allow you to cook if required. The outside is amazing, plenty of space to relax ,salt water pool is a great size and the views over Playa Blanca and surrounding countryside whilst having breakfast or evening meal were fantastic.There is also a large shaded area if you do like to get out of the sun. We hired a car but the forty minute or so stroll down hill to the town is quite easy and you build up an appetite for the vast array of bars and restaurants that await you. The local taxi service is also excellent they usually arrive within minutes and a trip to town(5to6 euros) or the Marina (8to9 euros) is a must.Susana was always on the end of the phone for any problems that may occur and she also supplied us with lots of ideas of where to visit and to eat. At the end of our stay Martin met us to say goodbye and check that everything was ok! Definitely recommend.

Family Holiday August 2023

Just returned home after a wonderful 10 day break, the Villa is magnificent pool is perfect size and the view is incredible. Susana couldn’t have been more helpful always available to answer any queries both before and during our stay. AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOST

We stayed in the property for a week. We felt welcomed even before we landed as i recieved messeges to welcome us and provide a better guide to get there. The host was present to welcome us and throught the stayed she informed us about local events and must go places. The property was very well equiped, spacious and very clean. It accomodated 6 of us very comfortably. The pool was well looked after. The property has ample parking and is 5-10 minutes drive from local aminities and the beaches. It has 3 beaches in close proxamity. Playa Blanca is an ideal location, away from the busy city life but not isolated to feel lonely. Food and shopping around is convienent and reasonable. Fyi do try the Chorros.

Excellent Easter Visit

Susanna was a fantastic host, allowing us to check in early due to our flight time, and provided a great ‘welcome basket’ with the most delicious Easter eggs! The pool was heated to a very pleasant 29 degrees, and it is a very quiet neighbourhood which suited us. We certainly plan on returning!

Excellent villa for families or couples the villa is immaculate

The villa and location is beautiful the views from the property are amazing also the property has everything you could ever need for your stay. Susana is a great host and had good communication throughout our stay. There was a fruit basket, juice, milk and chocolates for our daughter which was a good touch.

This villa will not disappoint

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday made even easier by Suzanne, the villa host. From day one when she welcomed us it felt like a home from home. I the villa is superbly presented with modern and exceptionally clean facilities throughout, and is just as photographed. We had everything on hand that we needed and Suzanne was only too happy to accommodate any queries we had.

Lovely villa

The one thing I would say is you do need a car , otherwise you will need to use taxi’s to go to town . Otherwise a lovely villa , middle bedroom not really up to the other two needs a full length mirror, hair dryer and a more comfortable bed . We had to take one of the twin bed room beds into single room as mattress was very hard .

Fabulous villa in excellent location

The villa was very clean, modern and well presented. The photos don’t do it justice on the website. Excellent facilities and great pool. And the view over the bay was outstanding. Really perfect for us. We would highly recommend it for families looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind. Amenities were only a short drive away too.

A little gem.......

Just spent a fabulous 3 weeks at this villa. It was a very comfortable stay with great views. The Villa has everything you need for your stay, cleanliness was high, good quality towels/ bedding and lovely bathrooms, no smelly drains here! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family holiday at a beautiful villa!

Just returned from an amazing family holiday! The villa is beautiful! Modern, nicely decorated and furnished, amazing views of the volcanoes and the sea and in a quiet and peaceful location. We were greeted by Facundo and Rafael on arrival and they kindly left a welcome basket with fresh fruit and bread and a few other essentials. They are lovely people and were easily contactable to deal with any questions we had during our stay. They come round to clean the pool twice a week, which is salt water instead of chlorine. This is much nicer but sun cream must be washed off properly before going in the pool otherwise it turns a strange colour. Even though we washed ours off in the outside shower, we clearly didn't do it well enough and the pool needed extra treatment as a result. We were very apologetic and Facundo and Rafael couldn't have been nicer about it and came back to do extra treatments to get it sorted. Facundo's English is also excellent which helps with communications. We were very glad we hired a car as it is short drive away to the nearest supermarket and it gave us the independence to go where we wanted without spending lots of money on taxis. When we did use a taxi to get the the local hotspots it didn't cost any more than 7 euros. A great holiday. We did not want to come home and hope to visit again! Thank you Facundo and Rafael!

Modern and clean villa with great views

Communications with owners was excellent. They greeted us with a welcome pack and kept in touch via texting during the trip. Villa is modern and spotless. It might be the best villa we have stayed in. Bathrooms are really functional. Lots of space. Views are superb and the pool is a decent size. You might need to opt for pool heating as the Lanzarote wind can chill the temperature of the pool. Villa is in a good location. 7 euro taxi ride to the main area in Playa Blanca. 30 mins from the airport.

Perfekte Urlaubsvilla

Die Villa ist perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In dieser Villa fehlt es wirklich an nichts. In ruhiger Lage genießt man die große Terrasse mit zwei überdachten Sitzplätzen, den beheizten Pool und den Blick über die Bucht von Playa Blanca. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend, sodass wir den Urlaub in jeder Hinsicht genossen haben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Traumvilla in Playa Blanca

Die Villa ist phantastisch. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine sehr gute Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern ung gut designt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden mit einem wunderbaren Willkommenskorb , inclusive einem leckeren Wein von der Insel, für den ersten Abend. begrüsst. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Unser sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Villa El Ancla, Playa Blanca

Seit 28 Jahren bin ich regelmäßig 1-3mal pro Jahr auf Lanzarote. Seit Jahren miete ich überwiegend Ferienhäuser/Villen, u.a. auch in Playa Blanca. Eine so hervorragende Ausstattung einer Villa hatte ich in Playa Blanca noch NIE!!! Alles hat gepasst, super Empfang und beste Qualität bei der Ausstattung, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Ich werde diese Traumvilla in jedem Fall wieder mieten! Besonders herzlich und immer hilfsbereit die Eigentümerbzw. Betreuer Facundo & Raphal. Danke für alles! Ich kann Euch diese Villa vorhehaltlos empfehlen!!!
