Piccolo Mondo is a stunning 7-bedroom Lodge Style home that sleeps up to 25 on Lake Yamanaka, The largest of Mt. Fuji's 5 lakes in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It features a Daiyokujou (Private Onsen Style Bath), Gas powered Weber BBQ Grill, Large Kitchen, 7 Bedrooms plus 2 living room sofas and futons, sleeping up to 25 people with 21 Beds. Styled as a family home, this property is perfect for groups of friends or families, work/corporate trips, Sports teams, or getaways.

The property has a large parking lot easily capable of parking over a dozen cars, and wraparound Decks that offers decks space on all 4 sides of the house. The Entrance leads to the 1F First Floor which is open and includes the Kitchen, Living, and Dining areas, 2 toilets, the first Bedroom, and the Daiyokujo Onsen Style bath and changing rooms. The 2nd floor is a long hallway with 6 Bedrooms, and a shared Bathroom with a Bath. The 3rd floor has a 3rd floor Deck which gives a fantastic view of Lake Yamanaka, and Mt. Fuji can be seen through the trees during the winter season.

The Deck includes a large open extension, Weber Gas powered BBQ Grill, and a Patio table which can seat 8-10 people, with 2 additional folding tables and 8 folding chairs, and 6 lawn chairs, Perfect for a large group to enjoy an outside BBQ Together.

The kitchen includes a Large Refridgerator/Freezer with builtin ice and water dispensor connected directly to the water line, A Gas Oven with 4 burners and convection oven, 2 Dishwashers, cookware, kitchenware, and appliances such as Microwave, Hot Water Heaters, Toasters, Rice cookers, and Coffee Grinder and maker. The Kitchen area also has the Washer and Dryer for Laundry, and closet with many supplies. The Dining area next to the Kitchen an Island and 2 dining tables, each sitting 6 people (18 total), Plus a 77 inch TV, Access to the far end deck, and Sofa and comfortable lounge seat near a Gas Fireplace.

The Daiyokujou Onsen Style Bath has a Changing room with many Bath and Face towels, a Recirculating Filtration system that keeps the bath temperature around 42C and cleaned, and 2 washing stations. All showers and bath units have Body soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner, as well as Hair dryer provided.

The base price is for up to 6 people, persons 7 to 25 each have a 6,600 per person per night extra guest fee. Cleaning Fee ¥20,000. Booking possible up to 1 year in advance on booking platforms, up to 2 years possible booked direct. Events not normally permitted, But please inquire if you're planning to host an event on property.
