The Lakehouse is both a destination and an experience. Nestled among the rolling hills of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA this incredible retreat sits on one of the lakes just below the new Soléna Estate Vineyard tasting room.



Relax, unwind, and enjoy a setting unlike most any other. Sitting next to the lake, this converted tasting room now boasts a primary bedroom that is perfect for any person or couple and a secondary bedroom that is fitting for older kiddos, young adults, or someone where privacy isn't as necessary. We say that because the second bedroom is enclosed by a curtain and its walls don't completely go to the ceiling to it isn't completely enclosed.



The living, dining, and entertainment area is enormous and spacious. The views are unparalleled. The setting is truly spectacular anytime of the year. The Lakehouse is a perfect destination to base out of as you enjoy tastings at Soléna as well as throughout the valley. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

NO CHILDREN: There is a large, deep body of water very close to the Lake House and we would never want anyone to experience the devastation of a young child drowning. Violation will result in immediate eviction.



NO PETS ALLOWED: We ask that NO PETS be allowed. This helps ensure that guests staying with a possible pet allergy are sure to have an enjoyable time. If you are caught bringing a pet, this will result in immediate eviction.



This is a working farm and vineyard. We ask that you don't walk into the rows without staff as there may be people working with or without machinery at anytime while wearing earplugs.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed (not fully private, has four walls but not all the way to the ceiling and without traditional door)

What a Gem!!

Peaceful Getaway!

My husband and I needed to get away. So , we booked a flight and stumbled on this little gem. It was perfect! Quiet, clean, nice, and beautiful. Perfect location to visit wineries with stunning views! And a bottle of Rosé greeted us when we arrived. We will definitely book again.

Property was beautiful and quiet. Check in process was easy. Loved the views. We were in town for a wedding and everything was fairly close by. Property manager was quick to reply to messages. We'd highly recommend.

Wine Country Retreat

The property is remote, though located on Solena Estate within walking distance of their tasting room. It was comfortable for two but would have been cramped for a larger party mostly due to just one small bath.

Escaping the TX heat!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described in the listing and other reviews. Lovely mornings and evenings sitting outside by the pond. Great wine tasting at Solena. A little bit out of the way, but we were rewarded with a quiet and comfortable place to spread out and relax!

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the lake house! It was very quiet and private, yet had easy access to lots of wineries and small towns. The bonus part of this property is the little pond. There were lots of animals to watch while sitting outside. We also enjoyed having a grill. The space is very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable!

The property was exactly as described- picturesque, lakeside and in a vineyard. And the property management group, iTripNW, took it up a notch and provided recommendations and discounts for wine tastings in the local area! As a bonus, we even had a hot air balloon land nearby. :) stay here if you are looking for a place in the Willamette Valley!

Wonderful Getaway

My friend and I had a wonderful time at the lakeside rental property. We loved the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. There were a couple of glitches with the air conditioner leaking and lighting in one of the bedrooms, but the property manager and the professional staff members took care of everything in a timely manner. We can highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Oregon in the heart of wine country. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. One of my favorite parts of the trip was sitting outside by the pond, watching the muskrats and ducks go about their day—it was incredibly peaceful.Located within a stunning winery, the house felt like a serene oasis during the day and a quiet, relaxing retreat in the evenings. The surrounding area was just as lovely, with charming small towns nearby that were easy to explore by car.This place exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lakehouse in the vineyard

This was the perfect escape from the East Coast and a welcoming home away from home! After touring Willamette during the day, this cozy bungalow gave us refuge to recharge for dinner. The lake was so peaceful! Whether sipping coffee or bubbles, the sounds of the bullfrogs, ducks, quail and fish entertained us. The cutest muskrat caught our hearts! All in the vineyard background. Easily 20 minutes from about anything you want to visit. We hope to return soon!

Wine lovers dream :)

I am so thankful I found this location for our Willamette Valley visit. I was in Portland for a work trip but knew I could not leave Oregon without visiting Willamette Valley. I am so thankful that I found this location! There are 2 wineries in short walking distance. If I had to do my trip over, I would visit 2 off-site wineries then make the 3rd one of the 2 wineries on site! I wish I had more time to spend at this amazing former tasting room of Solena Estates. I felt like I had an entire winery to myself with this set up. The Lakehouse is quiet, peaceful and a wine lovers dream. We had everything that we needed and appreciated being surrounded by vineyards. The Lakehouse and Willamette Valley did not disappoint!
