I came to Novotel as a surprise for my daughters birthday and the staff were so welcoming and nice - they even gave my daughter a surprise birthday cake which she loved! I definitely recommend staying here especially as a family as they have a great pool and good room service too. Thanks to all the staff that made our weekend so enjoyable, we’ll be back for sure.

The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar.

Carpets seemed a little worn out. Otherwise, everything was spic and span. Staff was very enthusiastic. There were a lot of interns in the staff, and they were over eager to learn and please the customers. Highly recommend a stay there. Breakfast spread was outstanding.
