Me encantó el trato, las actividades, los cuartos limpios, algo pasó en mi baño pero rápido la asistencia lo demás súper! Lo que sí es el desayuno continental fue un poco decepcionante y mala organización deben de poner más en el desayuno y organizar más. Ya que muchos visitantes no consideraban personas que estaba haciendo fila y no podemos coger a todo ya que repetían y no nos dejaban coger desayuno, la comidandel restaurante riquisimo!!!!! Definitivamente loca por volver quedarme!!!

The check in was at 3pm. And at 5 I wansnt assing room. For only 69 rooms at the hoteI thinks its was long enough to wait for it room. The rooms door was glass frosted and the light pass trow the glass door and the light for the corredor wasnt shut down. I have to improvise and put a black table cloth at the door for me try to go to sleep. But the worst was the music so loud that count sleep they have the music ridiculoae loud. Until 11pm. So I stay another night same same thing. So I deside to get back home. No need to have the music so loud. There was no need to have the music so loud distubance. Not stay there again.

The only issue was that breakfast was promised to be delivered to our room at 7:00 a.m. due to our early departure, but it never arrived and we had to leave without eating.

The hotel did not offer enough activities for kids as advertised, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very repetitive every day, only bread, ham, cheese, and a small cupcake. On the last day, the food quality was poor: the rice was overly salty, and the chicken chicharrones were very hard and difficult to eat. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed in food quality and family-friendly activities.

Our room was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious. It was more than what we had anticipated. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The cocktails were great. The pool was very nice. The grounds were very clean and people were extremely friendly and they went way above beyond their responsibility. I would not hesitate to stay again.👍❤️💥😋

Clean room, nice pool and heated. I didn't like that the room door was glass and the light came thru the door andit was hard to sleep with so much brightness. I would suggest changing the door for a solid metal door.

Del Hotel me llamaron que no había cabida y quedaron en hacerme el crédito y ustedes me separaron una habitación la cual no existía yo no pude ir el 31 de diciembre al hotel porque del Hotel me llamaron que estaba lleno y que supuestamente me iban a hacer un crédito por no haber estado en el hotel he tratado de llamar a Xperia en estos días y no me he podido comunicar y del Hotel tampoco me han llamado para darme respuesta Necesito que me hagan el crédito de la estadía porque no pude estar en el hotel por favor o si no llámenme para ver cómo se arregla
