The place is friendly for vegans which came off as a huge surprise to me they have a vegan cafe that literally connects to the hotel. Everyone was super helpful and were patient with me. I would recommend this bay tower since its close the metros to go to shibuya and other locations honestly worth every penny

nice place but the room was like a broom cupboard so small nowhere to hang any clothes no wardrobes the outside pool was never open the spa was lovely but separate for male and female. the area people and location was excellent

Rooms are very small. Three quarters of staff friendly. 80% of front desk staff are friendly but 100% housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful . They need to have clearer instructions in how to catch a taxi for foreigners that don’t speak Japanese. They need a person in front of drop off and pickup that can assist guests. Had a terrible experience trying to get a taxi when you don’t speak Japanese and no clear instructions or personnel to help. Also check in and checkout a bit overwhelming as the lobby gets congested and chaotic. It turned my stay from a somewhat good experience to a bad.

This hotel is so conveniently close to Minato Mirai and probably one of the best views of Minato Mirai. The hotel has a wonderful spacious (public bath) onsen, restaurants, and even a Family Mart in the hotel. The room was tiny but luggage can easily be stored under the bed to maximize space. I would love to stay here again.
