Staff were friendly, and were kind enough to let us upgrade for additional cost as we realised we didnt have enough space to have our luggage out while being able to walk around. I loved the whole eco friendly focus of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the train station and airport was super convenient.

Shuttle was very accommodating because we did not have to wait long after we landed. Room was clean. Staffs are friendly. Close to the airport. We recommend this place for overnight stay when the connecting flight is more than 10 hrs wait.

Stayed for one night to rest before leaving Tokyo on a long haul flight home. The warehouse aesthetic and fancy foyer were amazing. Ate at the bar and grill, the food was also delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Wish I got to stay longer!

The front desk team were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was clean with a comfy bed and amazing view of the runway. Disappointed that we were too late to sample the food at the Captain’s Grill but the front of house staff helped us find a nearby place to eat as we were starving after a long drive.

Everything was wonderful, staff were kind and helpful, amenities are high quality and overall very lovely, only regret was not using the public bath during my stay. Room service was fantastic and views and access of Tokyo was wonderful and easy. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and should definitely be something to have during your stay.

Clean, comfortable room. Awesome view of Tama River and Haneda airport from the breakfast room. Breakfast is delicious, nice variety, great coffee. We stayed here three nights and never ran out of things to do: rented bicycles to ride along the river, visited Kawasaki Daishi shrine, took the shuttle to Kawasaki and to Haneda Airport Terminal 1 for amazing Mt. Fuji sunset views from the observation deck. This is a corner of Tokyo/Kawasaki that most visitors probably don't spend too much time in, but it's a hidden gem with less crowds and interesting places to explore. We've had great experiences with Tokyo REI hotels and this one did not disappoint.
