Nestled in the heart of the charming chocolate box village of Nunnington, Church View comfortably sleeps six guests in three tastefully decorated spacious bedrooms. With Nunnington Hall, Castle Howard and the North York Moors on the doorstep, this stylish cottage is the perfect base from which to explore with family and friends at any time of year.

Living up to its name, Church View sits proud, overlooking the church in this unspoilt village. With exposed oak beams, a Yorkshire stone fireplace, and a bespoke staircase, this hideaway retains much original character. Renovated to a high standard,the light and airy spaces boast modern comforts and high quality furnishings. Features a wood burning stove, the delightful sitting room is a cosy spot to spend chilly Yorkshire evenings. The modern farmhouse style kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a feast, which can then be shared around the dining room table. After dinner, retire to the sun room or step out into the garden for a night cap. Upstairs, there are two super-king size bedrooms and one double bedroom beautifully decorated in muted tones. A family bathroom, featuring panelling throughout, and one equally elegant shower room complete this floor.

Outside is the idyllic place to unwind and relax amongst the established cottage garden with roof top views across the village. For dining al fresco there is a patio terrace and barbecue area with table and chairs seating six guests. A steep, sloping drive leads up to the parking area where there is private parking for up to three cars.

Timeless and away-from-it-all, the village of Nunnington is situated close to many exciting activities and resources. Whether you are wish to cycle, hike, dog walk, shop or indulge in some good food, Nunnington is a great base to explore all that Ryedale and North Yorkshire have to offer. With walled gardens and meadows, National Trust Nunnington Hall is a great for a day out when you want to leave the car behind. Lunch at The Old Yard Coffee shop within Nunnington Studios is ideal for those who like browse locally made arts and crafts.
