Always someone at the front desk which is nice, never any issues with the front desk employees.
Breakfast was hit or miss. The only concern I have is the breakfast attendant will talk about co workers and how much she doesn't like her job to anyone that will listen.
Hotel itself appears nice, could use some touching up though.
A remodeled hotel still lacking the basics. Too many issues that a new remodeled hotel should be having.
Service from the front desk was kosher and welcoming.

Hotel was remodeled. Very cutesy. There is still room for improvement.
Overall an okay & pleasant stay.
The overnight front desk gentlemen Geo was friendly and welcoming upon us entering the hotel. Check in was fast and was told about things to do in the area and some food places nearby when asked.
Outside of the customer service and for a renovated property there are alot of things lacking.
only one ice machine worked.
only one washer worked.
gym room is out of order.
wifi is slow and barely usable.
only one of the elevators worked, lights down, buttons hard to push or don't work all together.
Side entrance doors are broken, can;t use key cards to get in.
one set of front entrance doors don't work and are remaining open.
Stains, strange smells, and heavy lingering smoke smells throughout the hallways.
No working phones in the room.
Room lacked basic necessities.
The lobby, dining area and room was beautiful. The decor was gorgeous yet simple, warm and inviting. They had a mini mart in the lobby as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and ample with a lot to choose from. The staff was very friendly
This place takes a $25 deposit. Charged it to my credit card. When I checked out they refused to give me a receipt. That is a very poor business practice. The deposit was unknown to me.
The telephone in the room did not work. The TV remote control cannot control the volume up or down. The Internet service was extremely poor and slow. The air conditioning unit was almost completely rusted out at the bottom. Hot water pressure from the faucet in the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous, barely even a trickle. I was glad to have a small refrigerator in my room, but you cannot control the temperature put two bottles of water in the refrigerator door and they froze up along with all of our food.
The staff was friendly and the room was lovely. The breakfast was well sticked even though we were there just before it closed. The tea water did not taste like coffee which we find happens alot with hotel continental breakfasts.
This inn is fine for a place to lay your head for a night. Next to a busy highway but hallways were quiet. Furniture is old. Did have a working microwave and fridge and room was clean. Mattress was older and not super comfortable. Did not eat breakfast there as I had a meeting so I cannot comment on that.
