GREAT PLACE

They welcomed me like a long lost friend after a terrible day of grueling travel. Then, the room was clean and very comfortable with a large TV screen (plenty of channels), a very comfy bed and a luxury shower. THANK YOU!

The property staff were very nice and accommodating. The weather was gorgeous and the pool area was closed- I wish that it were an option to go sit by it during my stay but it was closed. The welcome we received wasn't the warmest. We arrived before the official check-in time and inquired about the possibility of getting into our room early. The staff member we spoke with seemed quite unwelcoming and gave us a rather curt response when we asked about the room's availability, simply stating the standard check-in time. Room was good

Room was good... But terrible water pressure. They had a great shower head with rain and massage settings, but the pressure was too low to use it. Breakfast was horrible. Old waffle batter, pancake machine not working, yogurt machine not working, no spoon for oatmeal crock... It was just bad all around.

Bed not suitable for mobility accessible room.

The mobility accessible room had a king bed that was low to the floor. There was little room around the bed to use a walker and the bed made sitting and standing very difficult.
